You must protect your username, password, one-time password, device, and recovery information. Do not disclose security codes or allow another person to use your phshy session. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless evidence shows otherwise. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly and change your password immediately.

Verification, compliance, and account security

phshy may complete verification checks during registration, before or after a deposit, before processing a withdrawal, or whenever account activity requires review. Requested material may include a government-issued ID, a current selfie, proof of address, payment ownership records, transaction evidence, or information about the source of funds.

phshy processes account values in Philippine peso unless the cashier clearly states otherwise. Available methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay or PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard. Options, limits, and processing times can vary by account, provider, verification status, and system availability.

Deposited funds do not earn interest. A displayed balance may include cash funds, bonus funds, restricted winnings, pending transactions, or amounts under review. phshy may correct a balance where a payment is reversed, duplicated, credited in error, charged back, or found to be unauthorised.

A withdrawal request may be delayed or rejected where account verification is incomplete, bonus conditions remain unmet, payment ownership cannot be confirmed, account activity is under review, or the request conflicts with these terms. Promotions, rewards, and bonus funds

Game rules, wagers, results, and settlements

Service availability and limitation of responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions, complaints, and disputes

Continuing to use phshy after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the platform and request account closure after resolving eligible balances and pending matters.

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay by phshy in enforcing a right does not waive that right. These terms, together with incorporated policies and specific activity rules, represent the agreement governing your use of phshy.
